I like her voice but is it just me that thinks the song doesn't really... go anywhere?

I had her fourth..... Not a chance with this one sadly IMHO. Good luck though and will get behind her.

Funny thing is I was watching her X Factor audition a few hours ago. It makes me appreciate her voice even more seeing how much she's improved. Technically she's brilliant.

I actually think she might pull a Jade and finish quite high.

That song is not going to stand out at Eurovision 2017.

It will go down well in the arena on the night because it is hard to sing and she nails it. They need to work on her image and performance and tweak the shaky start.

So so so so so happy with that! She was easily the best tonight and I think the song could do really well amongst the potential modern entries we could be seeing. Was rooting for one of the girls but Lucie stole the show.

Turned over to BBC4 to see the big musicals of the 80s and beyond.

Great job by Lucie. I remember her face when Cowel choose To save Jedward despite forever slating them.

Nice result and with the right staging we could do well.

Is it just me who really likes the quieter bits but doesn't love her voice and the long, loud notes

You british like to be and stay in bottom 5.
Czech republic last year was better and finish with 0 in public vote, but good luck to Lucie.

Sorry, her voice is good but the song's dull. Why the hell can't we try sending a band for once? All of the choices were generic pop songs/ballads.

This is the first time since 2009 when Jade finished 5th that I feel we have a strong vocalist representing us....

It's good, but probably not catchy enough for Eurovision.

I think a ballad like this could possibly work, but I'm not 100%. It can be very hit and miss as of lately. I do hope Olivia comes back with another song though, for 16 she has an incredible voice.

Good choice! I think this is a lot better than your 2014 effort for example

She'll definitely get good points from Ireland for a variety of reasons (including being a fellow Celt)

We haven't got the full list of songs yet but at least we can be sure of one thing. Lucie will deliver on the vocals which should fair well when it comes to the jury vote.

She has a lovely voice, but the song is one you'd skip to go and make a cup of tea.

    Bottom 5 again.

So both Jedward and Lucie ended up going to Eurovision after that sing off.

Danni Minogue's 3rd X Factor act to go as well
