Well done Ciaran. oh Bradders she my have answered 3 but she got some wrong I think and the boys may have got hers and those, right if she hadnt been there.
She passed on 1 and got 1 wrong. I think without her it would have been very very tight and Anne might just have won.
What does Bradley mean without Kelly they would not have won? Anne only got to 18.
Trying to make her feel better I think, but the fact remains that she wiped out the other bloke's score, he , in effect, wasted his time fighting for his money. 21 grand each, opposed to 12 grand 3 ways. She almost halved their winnings.

The lads do all the hard work, and this stupid bint gets 12K
Some people have no shame!
The people who have no shame are the keyboard warriors who criticize those who go on The Chase and then have the courage to make a sensible decision despite the flak they know they will get.
She was brave enough to go low and it paid off, if she had been cowardly and gone for the middle offer they would likely have lost.
I have nothing against anyone going low if they're proven right (by getting through by the skin of their teeth). I don't like it though - when someone fairly sensible takes the lower offer, gets three piss-easy questions - and there's clear space between themselves and the chaser.
I always feel sorry for the person who was chivalrous enough to not go for the lower offer - gets really nasty questions (in this case though - I'll give you - the ginger cat response was a howler) - goes away with nothing and sees a (lets face it - a coward!) walk away with a share of the pot.
The contestant today was free to do as she wanted. Everyone is different.
For me personally, I would never go for a minus number as it would be a bad reflection. I'd feel like a worthless freeloader, riding the wave of others' success, and benefitting myself to their detriment.
That much is set in stone.
That I might be a potential boon to the team in the final round (having taken a minus offer) is a variable and an uncertainty, and I would therefore dismiss that mere possibility when weighing it against the fixed ethic I explained above.
Ciaran actually said to Kelly - £36,000 is £12,000 each - encouraging her to go for the lower offer.
Would they have got the 2 right that she got on the final chase - possibly, but we'll never know and they would have lost the extra step for her being there. Remember - "A Bird in the Hand, is worth 2 in the bush". Better going home with £12k each, than losing a potential £21k each if Anne caught them with 5 seconds to spare.....
Good luck to all 3 of them to be honest - I thought they were all nice people and deserved it.

Wonder how many of us, sitting safely behind our keyboards, say the same, but when put in the spotlight as Kelly was would think again!
Still makes me laugh how angry people on here get about minus offers. It was the sensible choice and it paid off
Not angry at all - it's up to them what they decide to do. I'm just not convinced that they needed her in order to win. She answered a couple of questions that the others might have got, and didn't she pass on a couple as well? The others might otherwise have answered those correctly. So yes, a lot of "ifs", but it's by no means certain that they would have lost without Kelly.

She answered three, so the boys could have possibly answered another 3 questions correctly without her.
I would be spitting chips at her.
Indeed. She only got 1 question right.
She answered 2 correctly plus the extra step for being in Final Chase so it wouldn't have been certain that the two guys would have won.
Ciaran was buzzing in at the same time as her so he probably knew the answers to her questions. She just pressed the buzzer quicker.
Not likely at all.
Probably would have lost.

If she had gone for her middle offer and got through there would have been 46,000 in the pot and thus 15,333 each rather than 12,000 each.

Better to win 12 grand than lose 15 grand. There's no wonder Paul Sinha comments disparagingly about this thread. And he does
How would they have lost 15 grand if she got through?
The two guys may have lost 21 Grand each if she hadn't got through.
Oh noes! The bottom has fallen out of my world
