Goodbye all

I've decided that DSGD isn't for me, but thanks to those of you who have actually debated issues is a non-judgment way with me.

There's some nice people on here, but many who aren't happy unless they are insulting someone for differing views. Not just my posts but all over.

Take care folks.

I think you`ll find that`s the internet in general, and not specific to DS.

    No, goodbye.

If everyone on here was like yourself Blueblade it would be great.

Thanks for your level headed responses.

By spending your time hiding behind a screen and insulting someone else I imagine.

Tbf OP, I can see where you're coming from. This place has gone downhill so much. I DO think you're often on the wind up with your threads but I don't understand why your 9/11 thread has been closed. I saw some of the programme last night that you mentioned and I thought your question was a perfectly valid one, and it's something I have wondered about in the past (until some pictures I saw from a similar situation made me realise the answer was a very definite "no"). It's almost like nothing can be discussed on here anymore.

Come on, if you found that insulting then... never mind.

Some are childish, as in 'real life'. Can't you just stay and ignore them? Look at the fun we had the other night!!!

If you really are going then I'm sad and I wish you well. 😊 xxx

I asked for it to be closed. I was sick of getting abuse for what I thought was a perfectly good question.

Yes I don't get it. It must be a reference to something that bothers the OP.

Ah right, that explains it then! I wrongly assumed the Mods had closed it. I read it when I woke up this morning and went to post in it just now.

    No problem, Mark.

The thing is, if you know you're right, you shouldn't let other people get you down. Just stick it out the way I have done. You should see some of the things which have been said to me over the years :o

It's not heart rending, but it is is regrettable when a perfectly good poster feels he has been hounded off the forum because of a few bullying trolls.
