Followed by .... 2 Original Ryvitas - topped with Olivio spread & Raspberry jam
6pm made a large mixed salad
to have with the remaining Cooked half pepper coated steak burger cut into strips
with some cold defrosted peas ~ a tomato sliced onion cucumber
lettuce & mint leaves Branston onion relish salad cream
7pm left to go to Morrisons with My doggie Rosie :kitty:
~ Bumped into my neighbour in pet food aisle ~had a long chat~ 9pm ALL Came home in car stacked with Rosie and ALL of our shopping

A FULL 2 litre jug of assorted defrosted veg
= Mash - runner beans - peas & broccoli =
Veg heated in fry pan with a chopped up tomato - a splash of worcestershire sauce
and all put on top of the crunchy salad
