Recording the BBC Red Button

I have a Humax HDR, is it possible to record the bbc red button either in freesat or non freesat mode?

    The only way is with a Technisat HDFS, via a Panasonic Freesat TV while you watch it or with a PC and DVBViewer.

    NON freesat mode.

    MENU select SETTINGS press the right button and scroll down to STB mode, use the left / right button to select freesat or non freesat mode.

    Yes I see that now,,how do those channels get updated ??

    They don't.. You need to manually retune every once in a while.

    You can't until you first add some channels using manual tune. After manual tune you are left in non-freesat mode and now have the menu option to swap between modes.
