  in my book there are a few contenders for first out Tim isn't one of them!
  
  Sunetra and Brendan looked happy to be partnered
  Frankie and Kevin The same
  Jennifer and Tristran will be good as long as they keep the accents under control
  Jennifer and Scott could be hilarious

  Thom and Iveta (so happy to see her with a contender), followed by Tim & Natalie, Scott & Joanne and Sunetra & Brendan.

  Problem is the celebs I like are with pros I don't and vice versa. Hard to support anyone so went with Team Ireland.

  haven't voted but on the group dance and background info I have high hopes for
  
  The guy from Blue - had good rhythm, timing in group dance and seems to have good fitness.
  
  The wildlife man - martial arts background can be useful when learning to dance.
  
  The antiques guy - He won't go all the way but Natalie will bring out every ounce of ability she can. Just read he learned tap so he might not be a no hoper.
  
  I am not a fan of Caroline Flack as a presenter but am looking forward to seeing how she gets on.
  
  Would have preferred Judi with Brendan. I think their two competitive personalities would have worked well together.

  Voted Scott & Joanna (was pleasantly surprised by that pairing) but I think there are actually quite a few pairings in there that I quite like:
  
  Scott & Joanna (as mentioned)
  Tim & Natalie (can see them working well together and there seems to be a real friendship there already)
  Thom & Iveta
  Frankie & KFG
  I could see the Mark and Karen partnership being OK too (surprisingly I found Mark quite likable in that launch show - whereas I normally can't stand him) and Alison & Aljaz may be decent too.
  
  The only real shame for me was Judy & Anton - it was obvious and I can understand the producers' choice but I would maybe have preferred more of a 'surprise' pro for Judy.

  Frankie and Caroline look like obvious favourites to win so far, but I'm backing Thom and Iveta. I'm just so glad she's got someone good this year! I cheered when he got Iveta
