Virgin Mobile account credits not applied

Have just finished a phone call with Virgin about a credit not being applied to my account. I was told that they have had problems with the system for this billing cycle and as a result many customers failed to have credits applied before the direct debit was taken.

When I asked what would have happened if I hadn't checked I was told it wouldn't have been applied as they have to many customer records to go though and manually check.

If you were expecting a credit to be applied check your bill - it may not have been.
