According to this website rumors are circulating that Liverpool may be about to launch a bid to host the European Games of 2019

    The whole future of the European Games will depend on how successful the inaugural edition is this year. So far there doesn't seem much interest in it from media, competitors or sponsors and several major sports aren't included. How many people are going to bother to go to Baki (which is is really pushing the limits of even being in Europe) just to see some second-rate sports?
