Mains/12v power supply for fm transmitter

I have a 240/12v dc power adapter with a cigarette lighter socket which powers the FM transmitter for my Zen in my house, unfortunately the device isn't very well suppressed and I can hear a mains buzz on my Radio at higher volumes, does anyone know of a similar adapter that has good suppression of the mains buzz?
