Correct! Over to you for yours. :)

Well, I see brotonsbaby hasn't replied, and it's been more than 24 hrs. Quote me if I'm wrong, but didn't the OP say that if it's been more than 24hrs after someone gets the quote right, and they haven't posted one themselves, it gets thrown over to someone else to post one?

That being the case, I'll post one to hopefully get the ball rolling again.

I won't put a clue with my quote. I'll see if anyone can get who says it and what story it's from without one.

    A really easy one:

"It got cut off. He grew a new one."

    :D

Yes. At last, someone's got it! :D

She was explaining the 'severed hand' thing to Donna, just before the Tardis went haywire and crash landed on Messaline.

DOCTOR: I don't know where we're going, but my old hand's very excited
    about it.
DONNA: I thought that was just some freaky alien thing. You telling me it's yours?
    DOCTOR: Well.
MARTHA: It got cut off. He grew a new one.
    DONNA: You are completely impossible.

It's Clara, but I'm not sure what story she says it in.

    Maybe Deep Breath, perhaps?

    A clue now:

This character was one of the first people to kiss the Doctor since the TV Movie.

Lady of Traken hasn't replied. Maybe she's gone on holiday. It is Summer after all.

I'll put another quote, once I've got one to post.

Here's one for you lot to ponder over:

"Then for pity's sake tell us what it was that happened and enjoy your moment of triumph."

Hope you can get it. :)
