The ones I hate are the ones where people share a post something like 'share this post if you car about cancer sufferers. If you don't share, you don't have a heart' or words to that effect.
Now, I'm pretty sure 99.9% of us care and have sympathy for cancer sufferers but sharing a FB post isn't the way to go imo.
Ditto the posts with a picture of a premature baby saying 'if we get to 10000 likes, this baby gets lifesaving surgery' So that's how the NHS decide who gets treatment or not these days is it?

'Like if you're against cancer'.....I mean, WTF? Who exactly is for cancer, anyway?
'Like if you're against cancer'.....I mean, WTF? Who exactly is for cancer, anyway?
Ditto re the "Like if you're against child abuse". So if I ignore it in the interests of not being a bandwagon jumper and sending my details to a spammer, does that mean I think it's ace?
 SHG repeatedly posts every weekend - and has done for the last year - when she goes out & gets pissed that she has "Cringe Sunday" the next day after going out and sending inappropriate texts etc.
After a year of this, you'd think she'd leave her phone at home or get a friend to take it off her. Tedious.

Exactly. I can't see anyone thinking 'hmm, big fan of cancer myself so better not like that post'
Apart from complete freaks, everyone thinks cancer, child abuse, babies dying, mental illness etc are not good things but WTF does doing a little thumbs up on a website have to do with anything?

I did like that recent post where there's a pic mocked up of a live rolling news still where a woman and her sick child receive a box full of Facebook likes required for her child's urgent operation

Facebook is annoying and there really are people I should cull but I keep them there for entertainment purposes. I have a FB friend who is very self-important but today she has posted the most interesting status- "waiting for a bus". No-one responded. Gutted.
:D:D Love it. Think this has pushed "Madam Two Swords" down to number three in my list of favourites from this thread - "Can't believe Jan's still dead" is my number one, not sure anything will ever beat that!

Dammit, I missed it. That's one pic I would most definitely have posted to my timeline, to piss off all those who post such crap.

That's much the same reason I keep them listed as friends. Yeah they can be majorly annoying but if I removed them I'd miss out on the odd gem of stupidity and I'd have no ammunition for threads like this.
Apparently someone hacked into my friend's fb account and uploaded a photo of us drunk with loads of wine glasses in front of us onto an anti drink website with the caption "binge drinking is worse than crack"
Girls who have profile photos of themselves with their boyfriends may as well caption it with a grammatical inaccuracy such as 'Hand's of ladys hes mine!1!1'.

One of mine did a rant about the strike next Tuesday and how her children will suffer  And we should think our our soldiers
She bailed out after there was a torrent of teachers telling her whats what
I have a fantastic picture that I think everyone should share.
It's an old man getting coffee wearing a "Bukkakke ruined my carpet" t-shirt

I don't get it. Perhaps I have been writing in English for too long.
Either way, they need a dictionary!
