  Courgette, feta and cherry tomato frittata with braised peas and lettuce.
  
  We'd heard of a house nearby in the countryside that was selling home-grown tomatoes from outside with an honesty box. Went for a drive and found them. I thought they'd be nice but was unprepared for how gorgeous they were! I've only once ever tasted tomatoes that good from a greengrocers in Ravello, Italy. We ate a lot of them as they were and the rest will go into the frittata.
