I agree with your list (except perhaps Victor), but I would add Rachel too!

I don't think Rex would be considered 'legendary' if Rachel wasn't there, and vice versa.

I thought Rachel is legendary. I don't think many people agree though...

It's just, look at all the arguements in BB9, and look who was involved in each one. Rex and Rachel (except Rachel wasn't in spitgate, and Rex wasn't in chipgate). Luke wasn't in one single arguement. He couldn't bear to say anything to anyone's face.

I think this year has given us a few legends Freddy has gone through the most evictions ever he should make the list, Noirin became the most fancied hm ever racking up a total of 7 other housemates who declared they fancied her or tried it on, that's a record too, she should be in. Marcus the housemate who broke the most rules without being chucked out, swore the most and one of the most big headed hm's ever, should make the list too, these three should make it onto allstars series. Legends all.

I liked Chicken Stu's cowboy hat antics like the bar scene with Victor, but the Michelle stuff not so much so half-half there!

I thought Spencer (BB3) was & has been the coolest ever. He had the right balance between being sarky, funny and witty but did it in a way that he never caused offence.

Plus he was rather good looking in an effortless comfortable way too.
