Katie Vogel tv ad?

Just now I was watching telly and that ad came on again for some 'Nice 'n easy' hair colouring. I keep thinking that the voice telling us all about how wonderful the product is, is Kate.
Does anyone know for sure? It's been bugging me for a while now!
