At midnight, the duplicate service of Bid on SDN, LCN 791, had all video, audio and data streams removed. Video and audio capacity being transferred to CBS Reality on LCN 66, as mentioned above.
The EPG service, Guide Plus+, which previously had data streams linked to Bid's Program Map Table continues. The data streams associated with this service are now linked to ITV3, LCN 10, also on the SDN multiplex.
G_MAN mux only - "mov4men+1" has moved from LCN52 to LCN50
G_MAN mux only - the old "movies4men" remains on LCN 51 for now (the ARQA version on LCN48 has started running as noted by kev above) but the video stream is now showing an animated retune message - "Movies4Men and its one hour delayed service have now moved to Freeview channels 48 and 50. Please retune to continue receiving these channels". Audio currently playing birdsong.
The IPTV streamed channels at Ch. 225 (VisionTV Network), 227 (Sports Tonight), 228 (Christian), 230 (Vision 2 -Arabic services) went off air yesterday.
Movies4men LCN 51 has been completely removed from the G_MAN mux sometime in the last 42 hours. The retune message video and audio PIDs have gone too. So G_MAN is now running with 5 video streams.
It's up in the corner now, great. But, Quest+1's has not been set up correctly yet, as the +1 is nowhere near where the Quest logo is and it disappears a few seconds before the Quest DOG does when going into a break.
The Radio Times Extra EPG service, previously carried as data streams on 5USA and TVX, has been removed.
The capacity released by TUTV Anytime 5 (4am to 6am) last October has finally been added to 5*, increasing 5*'s hours from 0600-0000 to 0400-0000. Similarly, the capacity released by TUTV Anytime 6 (4am to 6am) last October has now been added to 5USA, giving 5USA a 24 hour service. In practice this only means that the MHEG off-air slate previously on 5* and 5USA between 4am and 6am has been replaced with a static video slate, although 5USA carries teleshopping during these hours (Mon - Thu only).
Actually the MHEG stream for these services had been on SDN / COM4, not Arq A / COM5. Motors TV is the only MHEG-IC service carried on Arq A.
I just rechecked the alert and you are correct, they did indeed go from SDN on 10th.
ARQA simultaneously shuffled their own order around in their LCN table which also triggered my script and must have confused me- apologies.
BBC London 94.9 now broadcasting on LCN 721 from PSB1 on Crystal Palace.

As far as the changelog is concerned, LCN 23 is still broadcasting, although with a static video slate and music.

Presumably for MHEG-IC (the test of repeatedly pressing the yellow and blue buttons brings up a status message). First noted over the Easter break.
