BBC HD channel out of sync

Hi. I've had my LG374000 telly for a couple of days now (have only had CRT before) and am annoyed that the audio/video of the BBC HD channel is slightly out of sync. I have my Humax 'Foxsat' connected to it with a v1.3c HDMI cable and have experimented with as many sound settings as I can think of e.g. Dolby on/off.
Searching online for 'BBC HD out of sync' generates losts of articles but I still can't find the answer to my question – is this definitely a BBC problem (rather than my set up) and, if so, is a solution being worked on?
Does anyone know? Many thanks indeed.

I do find that audio pauses a few seconds after video though, which is fairly inconvenient.

(The preview loop is 2 hours, right?)
With patience  I forget exactly what time it's on. I will see if I can grab a recording and post a link as it could be usefull to many.

Edit: well, that's about the longest time a 26.6MB download has ever taken: 21 minutes
