    If this award was ever created then surely BBC ones Doctors totally deserves to win.

    It's pretty topical, challenging and edgy for daytime TV.

    Doctors is British. Neighbours and Home & Away are not so should not be included in our Awards shows. End of Story.

    Doctors is very topical and edgy. It shows scenes that soaps like EastEnders and Corrie shy away from.
    It's not typical daytime TV.

    There should a category for the daytime soaps. now that would be interesting. overseas soaps are just as british as those (viewers) who watch them in Britain. :)
