I just bought sniper elite 3 through gold and it's been downloading since 4.30 yesterday afternoon and is still only on 98%. No other game has taken this long, could it be my ext hdd
I've seen that issue before, and it might be worth turning the console off if it is on and then turn it back off.
If that doesn't work, try and hard reset and see if that allows it to complete. That seemed to help me.
Edit - I've also seen that there where problem with Xbox Live last night so this could have had a bearing
