Arcam or Cyrus CD player

I'm looking to upgrade my CD player this year and I'm currently thinking of either the Arcam DiVA CD73 or the Cyrus CD6. Has anyone got any recommendations?

I've also looked at the Arcam DiVA CD192 or the Cyrus CD8X but I think the other two are more likely!!

    The best recommendation is to go and listen to them. Or even better, find a dealer who will audition them in you own home with your exisiing system.

    That's what I intend to do, all I'm looking for at the moment is other people's opinions on CD players of a similar ilk.

    I wouldn't by anything without trying it first. My local hi-fi shop will happily demo the products for me and then let me try them at home for a couple of days before I decide which to buy, but I think it doesn't do any harm to ask others of their opinion as well,
