How much weight have you gained/lost over xmas?

Jumped on the scales this morning to find I've lost 3 pound

Yes, I lost weight over Christmas too surprisingly.

I've been on a health kick since I got my diabetes diagnosis at the end of July, lost 2.5 stone now, but I did think I would gain some weight over Christmas as I did have some chocolate cake, eat a few chocs and some of my daughter's sweets, but I figure my intake generally is so low now that perhaps my system was still on a downward roll

ETA: Maybe it'll all start to show a bit next week, delayed reaction.

I've lost about half a stone, had no money for food over Xmas. I daren't see my parents, they're going to be furious but I am too proud to ask for help.

Weighed myself Monday (30th) and I was 14st 2lbs, today 5 days later I'm 13st 3.3/4lbs. Just over 11lb loss...

I didn't believe them so I bought a new set and they were the same. I've actually list that weight!

I think my scales must be broken. I weighed myself earlier in the week and found that I had gained a grand total of -3lbs.

I daren't either, what with the extra booze, the massive repeated roasts, the trifle I ended up eating pretty much all of and about half my bodyweight in biscuits, I'm convinced I'm a bigger, fatter Rhumba.

I'm on a 'stop all that and be sensible' kick now, and will weigh myself in a week.

Why would they be furious, surely they'd be concerned rather than furious? Call them, unless you don't have a great relationship with them

gained about 6lbs which i thoroughly enjoyed eating/drinking.
back to healthy eating today! Losing that 6lbs will put me back to where i should be, 12st 8.

I haven't got a clue, I never weigh myself. At a guess I'd say I'm either the same or I've lost a bit, going by how my clothes feel.
