I watched that Book Show special on Sky Atlantic about the author. It was funny. Some people were annoyed that his latest book had been delayed. When he tried to give reasons on his blog for the delay, it angered some fans even more. One comment was "Start f***ing writing!" Another Annie Wilkes (Misery) perhaps!!
