What a nice change to see some good stories about service! I hope you all took the time to let these people's managers know
I must admit despite racking my brains I just don't think I've been this lucky.
I can think of a dozen shops I'll no longer go to because of poor C.S, but not one store or service that has gone above and beyond to keep me as a customer
In the late eighties and early nineties I had to keep going to hospital for several ops. One of my ops. was late Friday afternoon. During mid-morning the next day, my consultant turned up at my bedside dressed in top hat and tails to see how I was. After he left, a nurse told me that he had been on route to his son's wedding.
A very important detail is that this happened in an NHS hospital.
