Be handy if we could compare how shows at the same venues at similar time were also selling.
True that. The comparisons are a bit hard as the ticket prices aren't the same. We don't know the promotion other shows have and also it' easier to sell in a weekend than in the middle of the week.

In Chatham, a day after the twins there's a show called "The Magic of Motown" with cheaper tickets. The Balcony sales are similar, but there's a huge difference in the stalls sales, there are around 140 tickets available for the twins in the stalls, while this show has almost 400 tickets not sold in the stalls: http://tickets.medway.gov.uk/application/event.aspx?eventid=1846
In Leicester, a day after the twins there's a show called "Sixties Gold" with overall better sales than the twins. This show hasn't the front circle on sale, but the twins have just sold 25 tickets in that area so far. A week earlier, Jimmy Carr performs there and his sales are slightly better than the twins, but there's not a huge difference.
In Cardiff there's a little bit of everything. A week before the twins there's a band that has not too many tickets sold yet, and Kriss Kristofferson, who has better sales.
Comparisons are complicated and usually unfair, but I guess we don't have to worry for the twins concerts
How fantastic - thanks for posting. It was lovely to read such a fair minded review.
It's beautiful when people give the boys a chance. I accept when someone listens to their music and don't like it, but not giving it a chance just because it's Jedward, it's so stupid and narrow-minded.
That's why I want them to launch She's so beautiful as an official single, maybe those who normally would never listen to them, could give them a chance.
At around 2:30 he says "I've got three things on the go at the moment", and goes on to talk about the new boyband, Shane Filan and the X Factor.
So is he not Jedward's manager any more, or did he just forget to mention them?
I think he just forget to mention jedward! When he's doing X factor it's all about that and he's new project the boyband and Shane From westlife solo career! He never mentioned jedward unless directly asked
It's possible he just forgot them but that just demonstrates how high up his list of priorities they are. Guess we'll never get a definitive answer until either Louis or Jedward tell us
Thanks for the video. Slightly sceptical about John's comment "we've written all the songs ourself for our new album" or something to that effect, but I would'nt put anything past them.;)
I really hope all of this is true. I was joking earlier on Twitter saying that maybe we could start the jungle speculations if they're in Australia in November

OMG - it fits if the tour is at the start of Nov :eek::eek:

OMJ! It would fit quite well. A promo tour in Australia, I'm A Celeb, then back to Ireland for two weeks of final panto rehearsals. And with their newer shorter haircuts, there'll be no risk of wilting quiffs!
If they do manage a tour of Australia in November, I will so be there (even though it's rather hot in November...). This is quite exciting!

Thinking of local people, I know if Steve and I ever go to our local theatre, we usually buy tickets about a week or two before the events
Has everyone seen this? Just a bit of fun, but it amused me, especially the bears quiff

Has this been posted here? A rumoured appearance on a beauty salon reality show. What do you think?
Gives me hope that they can turn the negativity and some doubters around eventually. They literally just need a fair hearing.

If the twins have decided to go independent, they will be doing quite a lot more admin emails than they were.
Which could explain their reduced fan interaction online
indeed.
also, as today has reminded me, a lot of their random stuff was to fill in the time while they were travelling.
Yes, they've really spoiled us today!
It seems like maybe they've decided to limit tweeting and doing other stuff for fans to their "on-duty" days?
Here is a video of them today at Fota Wildlife Park: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=VFG8xXWCVz8

Haha The thought has already crossed my mind!
... wait... the jungle shower... THE JUNGLE SHOWER!... I will be turning over for that bit. It's very, very sexist.

This has lead to a few threads over on the Big Brother forum:

Surprisingly most posters are quite complimentary about Jedward, although in general they don't know much about their music.
