What has James Corden done that was relevant in the last couple of years to warrant him presenting this show? They might as well have got Ben Elton to do it again.

Pretty much, it's not a horror show but it's not good either, just kinda meh.
That's probably how ITV and the record industry want it. Yes unplanned antics can give a lot of publicity but they don't want OFCOM/ tabloid grief.

At this rate Brits 2014 will be sponsored by the Taliban, with the slogan "Told you western culture was in a right mess, just look at Hairy Styles in a suit. What a tit" ;)

The only problem with ITV shows is that you get adverts for other ITV shows. :(

Oh my god, all of these "Who?" comments are absolutely ridiculous. You are on the bloody internet. And if you haven't heard of him, then I really wonder why you are watching a music award show.

It just reminds me of that time when Laura Marling won over Cheryl Cole and the hate she got was ridiculous as if she actually deserved it.

    *One forum member standing ovation*:):):)

He did it in 97 and 98 didnt he? My favorite ever host. Davina McCall is my least favorite.

The 'safe' option - don't bother to look elsewhere, stick with the formula
