The "?" in a white box with all the pics

Don't jump on me, I've had a look to see if this has been explained.....

Why is there a white box at teh top of this page, are they putting in ANOTHER person??????

    Thats mean to be jonathans pic but it is only showing uup as a ? for some reason.

    Which could actually have a point behind it. Presumably DS haven't received his pics in the press pack release. At how much short notice was it decided that he was going in? Lesley replacement (he fits the same character cut-out) rather than definite HM from day 1?
