The pot, you KEEP spamming that site on here. Okay, so you've started a betting site, no need to keep promoting it at every single opportunity . It doesn't look anything special.

I prefer Nicola, but it would be good for Sov to stay to annoy the moaning self-appointed control-freaks in the House.

Forget the odds, it's votes that count. We can get Nicola out.

Alas for that particular view, I don't think those sort of odds have been overturned a single time in the last four series of BB/CBB.

i wish we could forget the odds, unfortunatly they are always right! unless by miracle 1000s of people dial nicolas number, unfortunatly nicola is just 2 boring to generate enough interest in voting her out!

Ulrika was 12/1 to win at the start of the final last year, so it's not completely unprecedented for the odds to be very wrong.

Bookies odds are based on what people think will happen at the present time.
    They reflect perception, not fact.

Bookies also base their odds on the money being put on, but does everyone voting on this show bet on it as well? Pretty sure they don't. I'd think more people vote then bet.

In BB9 Mario was 1/15 fave to go right across all of the bookies right up until the voting closed.......Steph at 3/1 against was evicted!

Wasn't there some speculation that the eviction was "rigged" ?

Well I had £6 at 5/2 with sky bet on Nicola being evicted, I wish I had waited a little longer as they have her at 3/1 now.

OP- are you sure betfair had Nicola at 9/2? that sounds long odds to me.

Allowing betting on these outcomes distort the outcomes. People play the money game and marry possible winning up with the cost of voting multiple times. The tv show's don't care as for them its more money from votes.
People need to remember it is not like elections based on number of people voting but the number of votes... Whist if the number of votes is large swaying the outcome by a few people becomes much harder I'm sure in situations in the past where it has been a close call then gamblers have made a impact.

I have ha another punt at her at 3/1, thats £20 in total I've had on her now, £10 on the earlier odds and another £10 on the current. Going to be nice tomorrow night when the bookies are wrong again and Sov stops.

Was it because Steph was "sacrificed" so that the repellent Ronseal-stained Mario/Lisa couple could be retained for a "romantic" storyline (or something like that) ?
