What happened to Cain and Moira engagement?

Moira said she loved Cain the other night then there was a showing of ring to Moira when the nephew burst in.I was just wondering whats happening.I hope John's brother is going to cause trouble for Moira and Cain.I would love for one couple who could actually stay together.

I agree OP, it would be nice to have one couple stay together.

Cain put the ring away when she started being bitchy to him again, I suspect it might reappear at Christmas time

If you watch the preview clip for either Thursday or Friday I think it is, Moira

is wearing a ring on her ring finger.

Yes that's in the spoilers for next week so I assume she accepts the cash from Cain. So where does that leave James Barton - I thought he was meant to at least buy a share of Butlers?

maybe it's revealed that his farm is actually struggling or buys into the farm? IDK, I'm excited to see where it's going though
