'Bad Pool Header' Error & 'Blue Screen'

Hi
Earlier today my PC went a bit crazy. I noted a message, 'Bad Pool Header' - & then the PC updated & restarted.
It's happened 3 times today. Happens without any warning.
I searched it but I simply dont have a clue what it is & how to fix it - IT geeks love talking about it but not in a way that someone like me could understand
Any simple tips on how to resolve?
My PC is about 9 months old.

I use Classic Shell to eliminate the ghastly Windows 8!!!
Connected via Wifi to internet, has a wireless keyboard/mouse & webcam & mic connected.
