'Tense' and 'mocking' can quite easily be confused on forums.

Maybe there should be a 'mocking' icon. If there was, I could end this post with a triple one, just so there was no further confusion.

He may have got a Ok machine for the price, but I think the wording in the description is put in a way that makes the machine look better than it is.

Yes, for £109 he got a machine which is worth it's money, maybe. My ZX81 is suitable for gaming, if you like text adventures and block maze type games.

The DSR does apply to Ebay providing it was either a "Buy it Now" or "second chance offer" and bought from a business seller. It doesn't apply to auctions.

If the item has already been dispatched, then the buyer can return it within 7 days for a full refund, including P&P. The buyer would have to pay for return postage.

Admittedly, I do have very little tolerance of people who only ever have a very limited point of view.
