So....does this mean that he is guilty of cheating but just that it shouldn't have been printed because it invaded his privacy?
Would it be really smart of him to testify in his defense if the judge allows more of the proceedings to be widely reported by the media? He might have to admit to his cheating if cross-examined.

If this alleged story is truthful. then he will be able to cover it up just like Rooney's granny bashing & get an injunction like Ryan Giggs.
