i have a lot of time for logitech as a company. i had a mouse fail under warranty before. and they just asked for a picture and sent me a new one, couriered the next day.
i've had corsair stuff fail and had to send it recorded delivery to holland. takes about a month to turn around and costs a fortune.

I've never needed to contact their customer services but I've never had a bad product from Logitech and I have had various keyboards, mice, speakers and docks from them. They seem to consistently make quality products - certainly a fave of mine.
Has to be logitech really. Had a C910 (Bought the C920) Before them I had the logitech pro 9000 (think I like my logitech webcams) Never had a problem with them
Me too, even the cheaper ones are pretty good. the problem I do find with every single webcam I have owned is they are naff in dull light. i find i have to put a small lamp behind the camera to get a decent image.
Microsoft Lifecam, not expensive but really good quality.
Yeah, they are not bad to be honest, I know someone who got one and the quality seems good, the only problem is it keeps falling on the floor as it is so light. I am talking to them and then all of a sudden I see the floor or a video of their legs.
Takes a while for MS to update the drivers. windows 7 32 bit drivers was available, but they could not find 64 bit and the vista drivers was also only 32 bit. they did eventually got 64 bit version, but it took a couple of months.

I think they use tape to stick it down.

Having said that, I have a lot of MS hardware and it's generally pretty solid. This was less than I expected

I'm sure I had 1 of them. Hated it.

Excellent image and sound quality for the money. If you need the camera to rotate, I can also recommend the slightly higher spec C525.
