I've recently been listening to some of my old industrial stuff, so unless you're about 40 and like punk / alternative there's a fair chance you've never heard
Laibach
Einsturzende Neubaten
Throbbing Gristle
Like the bottom two.
On an industrial theme, I'm listening to Covenant right now.
I forgot to mention LIGHTS. She's a Canadian singer with an electronic sound kinda similar to Owl City (according to some Youtube comments lol). I love her though.
i wasn't aware of the magnetic fields ever being very popular here, that's pretty cool though, i would only have been about eight when they released 69 love songs i doubt they'd have much success with it nowadays
just listened to a couple of the tracks with links the john grant song was really pretty robo2, never heard of him before but will be looking up the album
i'm really into this guys music, really cool electronic stuff nobody else i know has heard of him though.

Those guys are awesome. It gives the vibe of Duran Duran meets the Cribs.
I'm glad you like them - I think they're awesome. They need to get some decent publicity in the UK. Funny you mention Duran - they were the support act on the European leg of their recent World Tour.
