Apple TV won't "see" my PC

Here's my set up...
Apple TV connected (wireless) to my router
Laptop connected (wireless) to router
PC connected (wired) using Powerline to router
Apple TV can see iTunes content on the laptop if my partner uses my Apple i.d but it won't see my PC using the same i.d on my PC.
Powerline is the only way I can connect the PC to the router, as it's in a different part of the house, and to be honest wouldn't have thought it would stop Apple TV from seeing my PC on the network.
Can anyone help? Is it a setting on the router (which is one of the newer black Sky supplied routers)
