For admitting he voted!

Doesn't seem like an offense to me but Simon sure as hell didn't like it! Looks like he's under pressure already to keep his job

    Don't think it bothered any of the audience or public.
    He's the most popular judge so he wont be dropped.

    Judges shouldn't vote. What is to say he wasn't encouraged to vote for who Simon wants to win.
