    Maybe they already have something similar, albeit on a far smaller scale. I was always intrigued by Gary McKinnon, the British UFO hacker's comments, that when looking for evidence of UFOs at the Pentagon he said he found nothing, but did find details of a "secret US space base" under the heading of 'Solar Warden'.

    Such a base orbiting the Earth would be relatively easy to disguise, to blacken it out or use some other stealth technology so it cannot be seen from the ground. The US navy/military have put more tonnage up in space using their own rockets than NASA ever did, and just how many 'spy satellites' can they need?
