Colour of top?

I'm a girl (mid 30s) who's going to a wedding anniversary soon and am wearing boot cut pinstripe white trousers and brown ankle boots. Trouble is I'm not sure of what colour or style of top to wear. I am very pale skinned and am not sure what would look the best so I thought I'd ask you experts!

Any advice?

    Well I am no expert, but if the trousers are brown pinstripe, what about a gold coloured top.

    How about a nice coral colour? There are lots of tops around in this colour at the moment.
