I brought a mooli on a whim but I'm not sure what to do with it. I've had a look online and most recommendations are to grate it one salad.
What do you normally do with mooli? Can it be used in pasta at all?

This. But make sure you salt them first to get a lot of the moisture out first otherwise the parathas will be soggy. Then spice them up and you're good to go.
