Odd problem in the Wirral area, downloads are perfect but upload speeds are dismal. I have noticed this for a few days and it's got gradually worse. Entering a thread like this takes ages.
Fair due to VM they didn't know and they are looking into it but an estimated fix time of Wednesday is a bit grim.
I must say they were very helpful though (offshore call centres by the way).
