Hi Everyone
I don't want to pluck or thread my eyebrows but would like to enhance them with an eye brow pencil. Never used any of this before would appreciate advice on whether I need to pay for a good pencil, the best brands etc.

I have dark hair so the eyebrow pencils that I use are suited to me, obviously. lol
I like MAC's eyebrow liner in Spiked. It's thin enough for me to manage the shape of my brows, the colour is perrrfect and it doesn't run or smudge.
I've tried Eyelure's brow pencil and tamer in Dark and that's wonderful as well.
Here's a hint - after you fill in your eyebrows with the pencil, go over it with a bit of dark eyeshadow. That helps to blend the harshness of a "drawn on look" out.
However, since you do not pluck or thread your eyebrows, you may be able to get by with just filling them in with eyeshadow. That's a more natural look.
Overall - eyebrow pencils aren't one of those make up tools that you need to spend a lot of money on to get a "branded" product. Just make sure whatever one you get it's "creamy" enough. I've tried some eyebrow pencils that were like HARD and dry which refused to distribute any colour.
One day if you're free just wander around Boots or Superdrug and try some out.
Seconded, it gives a very finished look, it's awesome!
I'd been buying them from YBF America for $27.52 inc P&P QVC uk are currently doing for £14.44 + £2.95 P&P you get 2 in a pack. They are universal and suit any hair colour. Check out the reviews on QVC
