Yes, but to us, liberal all means the same thing, and in that respect Holland is one of the most liberal. Sexually, politically, drugs wise, race wise, etc...
I wouldn't say we're liberal, not in comparison. I wish we were... we are compared to more right-wing, religious countries but in the grand scheme of liberalism I don't think we're near the top.
