Switched on my telly yesterday and I couldn't access my planner
Had a message about being unable to access playback etc
Had the 10-7 message
Turned it off and on again but no joy
Did a forced software update and still nothing
Someone said try a planner rebuild but when I access that it says I cannot use planner rebuild in diskless mode?
Anyone got any other ideas?
I'm hoping I can still get my programmes back. I have some things on there for months and a lot are no longer available

I suspect it was a hard drive failure, it certainly was when it happened to me.
