    Another brilliant video:

    REM - Imitation of Life

Very clever use of film looping backwards and forwards.

The Saturdays - All Fired Up, nothing special about it but I think it's one of Most stunning pop videos visually.

Sinead O'conner - Nothing Compares 2 U, stunning simplistic video matches the simplicity and emotion of the whole song.

Blur - Coffee & TV, because I feel sorry for the milk carton :p

Foo Fighters - Learn To Fly/Breakout, both brilliant and hilarious!!

Supermen Lovers - Starlight, I find somthing quite creepy about this video, but I love it nonetheless, can't beat an animated video.

Spice Girls - Viva Forever, another animated one for me, it's bittersweet one of my all time favorites

    A-Ha - Take On Me
Groundbreaking for its time and still a great video.

    This.
One of the few 80's videos that have barely aged IMO.

Being a huge A-Ha fan I have to agree. Celice and Minor Earth Major Sky are other favourites of mine

There was a really funny music video on Clubland TV a few years ago called Crone And Ghost - Pitch Up which featured a teenage girl walking all over a city though parks, streets and shops bopping her head to a beat just going boom, boom, boom all the time.

    Yes good video (and song).

Retro idea also reminds me of Nirvana - In Bloom which has a *very* retro feel :)

The Roots - "What They Do"

Perfectly captures the absurdity of every hip hop video ever made, although it only really works if you can find the version with captions.

A few of my favourites have already been chosen but here are two others,

The Upper Room - 'Black and White'

Angels and Airwaves - 'Diary' , a little long at 8 minutes but worth it.

Blur - 'To the End' which is a homage to the Resnais movie 'Last Year at Marienbad'.

And Blur's 'The Universal', a homage to 'Clockwork Orange'

Ainslie Henderson's 'Keep Me A Secret'
