Ok first Mr Gerard Butler (King Leonidas from the film 300, about the Spartans who threw away their lives for a crappy movie)

Then

Brian Blessed (Prince Vultan in the 1980 film Flash Gordon).

Sexy or not? you decide.

I doubt many females will find them sexy, not sexy when they're been grown either. You feel a right tramp when you're trying to grow one.

I never leave the house with more than a days growth on my face.

Yep - I love mine, so do others but I think it's a gay thing!

I think they may suit some men, more the slim well groomed ones.

It just seems some men can grow a good one and others can't. I sadly fall into the second type.

I can't grow a proper full beard, but my GF gets grumpy if I clean shave.
I grow a goatee and trim the rest down to stubble.
She says she loves it - especially how in feels against her skin during, er getting into TMI territory LOL.
    You get the idea.

I know what you're saying, I don't like the clean shaven look either.

I feel more manly when i've got one days growth on me.;)

I HAVE to have at least stubble but will usually go aweek without shaving then cut it back down to stubble, I can't stand smooth skin on my face.

Is this a subtle spot of navel-gazing LP? Aren't you a barbated one yourself, IIRC from pics posted in the past...

I don't like beards or stubble. I wouldn't leave the house without shaving.

I always have some sort of stubble/beard, depends on how long it goes before I can be arsed to shave it. I use a trimmer though, I haven't shaved with a razor down to the skin for about three years.

    I think I can grow a tashe but that's it and I'm 27!

Look far too cherubic for all that although I do compensate by having quite long hair.

Hehe. My first thought before I read this thread was sexy Gerard. But not in 300. He looks like a monkey in that. Just a bit of rough stubble and he's lovely.

Beards on the whole are very unsexy. The Joy Of Sex was a book I avoided for years because it used to have a revolting bearded man as the male lover. Yuck.

Depends on the bloke. Some men look stupid with a beard, others look very ****able.
