Missed call from a very bizarre number

Can anyone help? I missed a call on my mobile earlier. The number comes up as +20****** (obviously the stars are numbers, don't want to give out someone else's number!).

But I've googled and everything, and it doesn't seem to be a phone number at all. There's no area code, and it's only 8 digits long. How can this be? My only other idea is that it was my sister in Brazil, but I'm not convinced that it's that either.

    "+" usually denotes an International call and "20" is the country code for Egypt. Full list of Egypt area codes here.

    Of course it could potentially be from anywhere, as caller ID is so easy to fake.

    Ah, thank you. No doubt I've won a holiday. As soon as I pay the £5000 admin fee or something.
