Nightline Delivery Service

Hi, I recently bought something of a seller on amazon and the delivery service is Nightline. I'd never heard of it till now. Was just wondering if anyone had used or had anything delivered with this service, how long it takes and what too do if you miss there call? I'm going out tomorrow all day and worried they'll come and go.
