Pretty sure almost every single person on earth has been in both situations at some point in their life.

That's nothing compared to what happened to me.

Well, once someone got so jealous of me that they conspired with someone else to hire a lookalike of me to do random stuff to make people think it was me thus bringing my reputation down.

How does one go about finding a lookalike I wonder. How did you find out?

I hope this story is true because it's amazing. Did the lookalike go dogging?

Someone hired a lookalike of me (there was actually a good resemblance) then made me get the blame for what they were doing.

I'd hire a kangaroo to impersonate you. Or perhaps a wallaby. :)

I don't know how they did it but it was either through a generic lookalike agency or they just spotted someone in the street that bore a passing resemblance to me.

It went on for months until I got sacked from my job and eventually got a warning through the post for parking tickets/unpaid speeding fines.

I found myself in the local press regarding some misdemeanour I was meant to have done so went to the location and saw my ex-boss, cousin, lookalike and a fourth person all talking.

It is true I swear, I like a laugh and a joke as much as the next person but this has shaken me up.

You should write a book and stop going dogging.

Nothing to do with your plight OP.

But I am curious how three different sizes of hopping creatures have been mentioned as possible lookalikes.
