The Watch Later facility has disappeared from Youtube

Since installing Windows 10 I no longer have the 'watch later' facility on Youtube. I'm talking about at the bottom of the video where the volume button, settings etc are, there used to be a little 'clock' symbol so you could watch it later; I still have videos I've previously saved in the 'watch later' folder. Anyone else had this problem? I'm not saying it's as a result of W10 but it's only since then it's happened.
