Your Favourite EastEnders Character 2013 - Round 1
The mince pies have all been scoffed, the crackers have been pulled and everyone's getting ready to ring in the New Year - it can only mean one thing -
That's right, It's that time for me to kick off the search for YOUR Current Favourite EastEnders Character!
I'm a bit earlier than normal as heading off out soon and not arriving home till some time next year...
Before we start, a quick recap of last year's Top 10:

Rules of the competition (which exist purely in my head) state that entrants have to be considered (by me) a current character at some point during the first round of voting, which means that Janine is not eligible for this year's competition as the character is on a break and not due to return during the first few weeks of January.
This means that with Janine, Pat and David not currently appearing in the show, there will be a big shake-up in the Top 4 - could this be the year that Zainab finally takes the top position?
There's only one way to find out....

Following requests from last year, voting is open for THREE days, therefore you have until 9pm on Thursday 3rd January to get your votes in for this first round.
