I disagree with OP. I dont think Luisa is anyones puppet. She's a very strong minded woman who does exactly what suits/benefits her. In her own admission she had a pre-conceived idea of Jim and like Linda thought by pressing his buttons he would go and the public would be pleased.
That wasn't the case and the penny dropped when Linda went up and immediately got evicted. Then Luisa changed her game plan and decided to lay the blame of her actions with Linda. Luisa is nobodys fool, she knows what she wants, who will be useful to her and will do exactly what is needed to achieve that. IMO

I admit I did judge Luisa on her sex life also her diary room rants. I have changed my opinion of her, deep down she cares a lot, Loved Jim's advice to her.

After that big post, I'll try to get back on topic...

It's not Luisa's "sex life" itself that's getting her judged negatively, by those who are judging - it's her boasting about it. It seems like it's planned, and comes across as hardcore attention-seeking.

Of those who believe that she really is a sex addict, most commenters are either of the "whatever floats her boat" camp, are genuinely concerned for her welfare, or think that she's a bad role model. All perfectly justifiable thoughts. Nothing like "shes such a slaaaag, she thinks shes so gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!11 Now that would be judgemental and unjust!

I would say the answer is a definitive yes. This can be both positive (rare) and negative (far more common). For me a person's sex life is not really all that big a factor in how I would judge them overall. If anything I have admiration for someone so comfortable as to be able to openly express their right to have their own sexual preferences/ sex life, and not feel the need to be ashamed or embarrassed by it for fear of being judged by others.

For some people (and I refer to no one in particular of course) it seems like her sex life is actually not just an overriding factor, but to an extent the only factor on which to judge her. It can dominate everything about her, and is used time and again as a stick with with to metaphorically beat her with.

For me this is a sad indictment on how certain 'types' of women are still judged in 2014.

The most fascinating thing to me are not the men but the females who think negatively of her for this- even though she is a consenting adult, her sex life does not appear to meet with either their 'approval' or 'exacting standards'.

At what point they think she or indeed anyone else needs to meet these personal standards, is beyond me.

You've got to love DS at times right? :D

(disclaimer- as ever, this is just my personal opinion, and I am not stating it as fact or claiming I am 100% correct;-)!)

I'm not a fan of Luisa because of the way she treats people and how she feels her behaviour is acceptable because she's a modern woman. I also dont like her sexual behaviour in the house and do not and would not ever think she was a good role model. That is of course my personal opinion.
I do object to your claim that 'all' females of a certain 'type' have an issue with her merely because of her sex life. The majority of posts also had issue with her behaviour toward Jim and Dappy in the first weeks. For you to generalise in this way is offensive.
Unlike 'some' men 'most' women think with their brains and not with a different organ and therefore look at the whole picture and then make an informed judgement. imo

exactly - and I think Lee, who's very immature and doesn't come across as that bright has also come across very badly in how he views pretty young girls as if he has a right if they are gullible enough to go for him to treat them how he pleases on the basis that as far as he's concerned, he offered no promises

    - whereas you have Luisa who is bright woman who also on her own admittance offers sex to those who are likeminded just for the act itself and some temporary attention, but who's to say the men on the receiving end, like Casey was to Lee, also hope that the encounter would also go 'elsewhere' and a relationship develop - it's kind of worse for a woman to see a woman admit to offering her body so freely knowing that its just for the act of sex - it's just short of leaving money on the table on her way out....

at least Casey was in hope that a relationship could develop which Lee suggested it was !

OP Has Luisa been judged as an h/m or her sex life?

Judging by her first article in the Star - Luisa will be judged on her sex life.

I see she's capitalising on her sexual antics in the house. What a lady she is. If this is how she defines her time in the house, that's how she's going to be judged, so no surprises there then.

I wasn't going to reply to this despite yet another post being totally inaccurate and bump the topic given the disgusting behavior of some posters (not referring to you here Cazziekay) towards me and what had happened in this thread before.
I am glad to see the offensive and more importantly ignorant posts removed because that were both defamatory and more importantly wrong. Seeing as someone else bumped the thread, I will now address your post.

I'm getting a bit sick and tired of people who don't actually bother to read or understandwhat I write, then accusing me of things I haven't done or said. Others then join in and believe it. This is another example of getting it wrong.

Cazziekay- at what point exactly do you think I have said ''all' females of a certain 'type' have an issue with her (Luisa) merely because of her sex life'.

If you actually bothered to read my post that you are supposedly so offended by, you will see I have NOT SAID THAT AT ALL. .

Perhaps you want to read what I say properly before totally misquoting me and telling me you are offended.

Perhaps I am now offended and will wait for the apology from you for your mistake. When you write things I haven't said, others start to believe it. That tends to grate somewhat.

If I totally made something up about you and posted it as if it was a fact would you be happy about it? I doubt it.

I am sorry if this comes across as rather blunt, but given what went on in this thread before at me which was pretty disgraceful (which I appreciate is NOT your fault) enough is enough.

I'd say that she probably has been judged on it but in fairness it was one of the main thing she spoke about. If she'd just been on a reality show and stuck to talking about her career and family life then it may have been different but she chose to make the whole thing about her sex life.

Now that her business has gone down the gurgler, I guess she now has found an alternative career.

If she makes her sex life public then people have the right to judge it. Simple.

To tell the truth this strong Independant business woman ran around the house screeching like a banshee, speaking in a toddler voice and offering herself up to anyone who looked in her direction

She should do what she thinks she is best at

    I don't understand this question.

She went into that house to be judged as a housemate. Whilst being a housemate she brought up her sex life and casually said she slept with about 15 men in one night (or something to that extent), so are you asking if she is being judged on that? Or are you asking if she has been judged as being a housemate?

Because, I don't see the difference. When she was a housemate, she told us that about herself. Therefore, we judge her as a housemate.

she told anyone watching by bringing it all up in the house- she set out to shock, but many knew about her antics before going in the house, but just were probably shocked she acted some out, and was so blase about it - downfall me thinks ! silly woman, she could have done so well out of BB , now she has left the impression of her I'm not sure she'd have really genuinely wanted. But she 'doesn't care' remember ! so that's ok then isn't it.

after The Apprentice , Katie Hopkins said she got offers of porn - she laughed it off, and obviously refused......BUT Katie said on BBOTS that Luisa would probably get offers, and do it, so there's always that line of work, she'd love that !!
