Ham and light philadphia wholemeal sandwich, ham and cheese baguette, penguin, low fat rice pudding, chocolate Horlicks light, BBQ snackajacks, low fat crisps, tropical low cal pop, sainsburys instant slag bol. Im supposed to be on a fcuking diet ARRRRRRRGGGHHHHHHH!

Slinked away but took the phones with me in case of work emergency at 4pm with #3 Slavette. We went to a local place and both had the carvery. Roast turkey and beef with all the trimmings. I still feel stuffed.
I had tomato and turmeric omelette with pork and coriander patties for brunch and bacon with halloumi for dinner. I also had a handful of almonds as a snack.
After what can only be described as a gluttunous binge last night in which I ate a 200g pack malted milks in one sitting on top of my normal eating habits, I've had a very restrcited day

i am trying very hard to eat three meals a day but i just cant seem to manage it everyday?
i sometimes go hours without eating anything so i was trying to have smaller meals yesterday
breakfast: a boiled egg and roll
lunch: baked potato and beans and butter
snack: i made scones and ate two with jam and butter
supper: a croissant with cheese
today not very good.....
breakfast and lunch was a scone with jam and butter (each....)
dinner was spaghetti ragu with a sprinkle of parmeasan and then another scone....
Thats three scones in one day? i gave the rest of them away so i cant eat anymore but they were beautiful! thats the trouble with baking?
Breakfast; Cereal Bar.
Dinner; Tropical Drink with a bar of Chocolate.
Lunch; Good ole Bangers and Mash with a can of Pepsi Max.
Supper; A Pop Tart with a cup of Tea.
Lunch - not sure yet whatever sandwiches are left in Greggs when I go over there at 1pm
Supper - Burrito or possibly 2 depending on how hungry I am.
yesterday was terrible though
Breakfast was 2 shredded wheat, then a tracker bar and a can of coke, lunch was a nutella sandwich and two petit filous, supper was mcdonalds, then we had a cheese and bacon toastie when we got home (Mcdonalds just doesn't fill you up)

And I wonder why I'm fat errrggg. Still less than what I ate in any day last week when on holiday

Breakfast - 2 belvita breakfast biscuits (they are so filling, I couldn't eat all 4), activia fat free yogurt and some fruit
Lunch - rice salad made with chicken, sweetcorn, cucumber, spring onion, mayo and sweet chilli sauce
Dinner - warm roast new potato salad with thinly sliced sirloin steak
Snacks - fruit and probably a low fat mousse or something.
