    Ham and light philadphia wholemeal sandwich, ham and cheese baguette, penguin, low fat rice pudding, chocolate Horlicks light, BBQ snackajacks, low fat crisps, tropical low cal pop, sainsburys instant slag bol. Im supposed to be on a fcuking diet ARRRRRRRGGGHHHHHHH!

    Lazy mare today....

    Cup of tea and a slice of toast - wholegrain just 'cos all the lovely white bread was scoffed.

    Work at 11 am so not happy.

    2l bottle of Irn Bru over the day from then till now.

    Another 3 cups of tea

    Slinked away but took the phones with me in case of work emergency at 4pm with #3 Slavette. We went to a local place and both had the carvery. Roast turkey and beef with all the trimmings. I still feel stuffed.

    9pm came and I broke out the vodka and slimline.

    2x Individual Bag of Hot chilli tortillas

    And the obligatory water.

    Today:
    A bowl of yogart with strawberrys and musli for brekky.
    I am about to have dinner in half hour (see dinner thread).

    Yesterday:
    A bowl of the same above for brekky
    Soup for lunch
    Rack of lamb, veg and mash for dinner.

    I am starving right now. I forget to eat a lot. Bad habit.

    I had tomato and turmeric omelette with pork and coriander patties for brunch and bacon with halloumi for dinner. I also had a handful of almonds as a snack.

    After what can only be described as a gluttunous binge last night in which I ate a 200g pack malted milks in one sitting on top of my normal eating habits, I've had a very restrcited day

    Shredded Wheat with Skimmed Milk
    Orange Juice

    2x Bananas

    Chicken Soup and a roll

    Handful of spanish plum tomatoes
    Some bacon rasher crisps.

    Breakfast - Two cups of green tea + a bowl of muesli oats with oatmilk and blueberries

    Lunch - Apple.

    Snack - Small tuna and tomato salad.

    Dinner - Roast chicken with cabbage, parsnips and two potatoes.

    lunch was baked potato and bean salad

    dinner - yorkshire pudding left over, pasta and veg in tomto sauce, half a garlic baguette, icecream, some chocolate and a baked apple.

    And I wonder why I'm fat errrggg. Still less than what I ate in any day last week when on holiday

    Breakfast - M&S Croissant
    Snack - yoghurt
    Lunch - 2 mini wholemeal pitta breads, sliced chicken breast, salad and humous
    Snack - walnuts, 2 kiwi fruits
    Dinner - turkey crown, new potatoes, broccoli, green beans & gravy
    Dessert - Strawberries with a sprinkle of sugar.

    Natchos
    A peice of chocolate

    Dinner:
    A huge slice of cheese cake

    i am trying very hard to eat three meals a day but i just cant seem to manage it everyday?
    i sometimes go hours without eating anything so i was trying to have smaller meals yesterday
    breakfast: a boiled egg and roll
    lunch: baked potato and beans and butter
    snack: i made scones and ate two with jam and butter
    supper: a croissant with cheese

    today not very good.....

    breakfast and lunch was a scone with jam and butter (each....)
    dinner was spaghetti ragu with a sprinkle of parmeasan and then another scone....
    Thats three scones in one day? i gave the rest of them away so i cant eat anymore but they were beautiful! thats the trouble with baking?

    yesterday was a prime example of no self control

    4 biscuits, bar of terry chocolate orange

    a tablespoon of nutella

    3 potato waffles, 5 garlic breaded mushrooms

    bag maltesers
    half bag of new galaxy caramel ball things

    licks of cake bowl mix
    licks of tiffin mix left in bowl
    a spoonful of butter icing

    Breakfast - 2 slices of toast with vegemite

    11.00am can of coke and 2 fingered kitkat

    Lunch - not sure yet whatever sandwiches are left in Greggs when I go over there at 1pm

    Supper - Burrito or possibly 2 depending on how hungry I am.

    yesterday was terrible though

    Breakfast was 2 shredded wheat, then a tracker bar and a can of coke, lunch was a nutella sandwich and two petit filous, supper was mcdonalds, then we had a cheese and bacon toastie when we got home (Mcdonalds just doesn't fill you up)

    I am on my second day of WW at the moment

    Breakfast - 2 belvita breakfast biscuits (they are so filling, I couldn't eat all 4), activia fat free yogurt and some fruit

    Lunch - rice salad made with chicken, sweetcorn, cucumber, spring onion, mayo and sweet chilli sauce

    Dinner - warm roast new potato salad with thinly sliced sirloin steak

    Snacks - fruit and probably a low fat mousse or something.
